Crèditsalut Hospitalització covers the expenses of hospitalisation and surgery in affiliated centres up to 100% of Caixa Andorrana Social Security (CASS) rates within Via Preferent (healthcare itinerary).

Crèditsalut Hospitalització is ideal for those who are registered with CASS as salaried employees or voluntary insured persons and want to be covered by basic insurance for serious illnesses and the potential costs that may be incurred as a result.

  • You can choose between an individual or a family insurance policy that covers both the policyholder and their dependants.
  • We have an extensive network of branches where you can submit your medical bills for reimbursement. You can also use the following email address: prestacions@creditvida.ad to send us your scanned bills at your convenience and without having to leave your home.
  • In addition, you will benefit from a 10% discount on the premium during the first 6 months of the policy simply by having your salary paid directly into your account.
  • Notifications service: the policy includes this free service that informs the client, via SMS or email, each time a reimbursement is made on their insurance policy.

  • Crèditsalut Hospitalització refunds the part of your medical expenses (such as hospitalisation, medical emergencies, urgent medical transport and preoperative diagnostic tests) that the CASS does not pay, up to 100% of the fees set by the CASS each year within Via Preferent (healthcare itinerary).

  • With Crèditsalut Hospitalització you won’t have to pay upfront for the hospitalisation expenses which are not covered by CASS if you are admitted to the Nostra Senyora de Meritxell Hospital. These expenses will be paid directly by Crèdit Andorrà’s insurance company, Crèdit Assegurances, to the hospital.
  • In the event of the death of the insured person (between the age of 18 and 70), the beneficiaries will receive compensation of between €3,000 and €30,000 depending on the sum insured at the time of taking out the policy.
  • 3 months for medical expenses.
  • 10 months for maternity treatments.
