This service is designed for foreigners who wish to obtain passive residence status in Andorra.

• In accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the law relating to passive residence, the insurance policy provides evidence that the holder possesses insurance cover for illness, disability and old age in Andorra.
• Applicants must not have been insured previously with CASS and must be aged under 70. 
• Notifications service: the policy includes this free service that informs the client, via SMS or email, each time a reimbursement is made on their insurance policy.

• Reimbursement of non-hospital medical care expenses (GPs, paediatricians and paediatric nurses, in the surgery or at home whenever necessary, physiotherapists and visits by nurses, nursing auxiliaries or specialists).
• Reimbursement of hospital medical care expenses (fees charged by physicians or for surgery, medication and treatments, rehabilitation and other medical expenses incurred during the insured person’s stay in hospital, with a maximum limit of 210 euros/day).

• 3 months for surgery and/or hospitalisation.
• 6 months for special treatments and diagnostic tests.
• 10 months for pregnancy, delivery and neonatal care.
• There is no affiliation period in the event of a life-threatening accident or disease covered by the policy.
