• Loan subject to mortgage guarantee on the property object of building or renovation, in accordance to the Regenera certification.

Note: The granting of the loan is subject to the bank’s risk criteria.
The granting of the REGENERA loan is subject to obtaining and maintaining the Andorra Regenera certification through all the duration of the loan granted in the setting of this project.

It is a certification born with the purpose of making a more attractive, safe, sustainable, and human urban environment. It focuses mainly on the regeneration of buildings and their environment, using the most advanced criteria in architectural quality, energy rehabilitation, and sustainability. Its profitability sources include an increase in asset valuation and saving in energy and maintenance costs.

In this sense, the REGENERA certification encourages projects that imply saving in energy consumption, at the same time that allow a contribution to society in terms of welfare and quality of life, applying to any area that brings a positive environmental impact (buildings, mobility, production processes, etc.), counting with the great challenge of transforming the country and making a greener and more sustainable Andorra.
